Our Company may share your personal data, obtained within the scope of the processing purposes listed above, with our group companies, direct/indirect business partners, customers with whom we have agreements and provide services due to our activities, suppliers, business partners, independent audit companies within the framework of legal restrictions, or public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data due to a legal obligation, including, but not limited to, other relevant institutions and organizations, based on your explicit consent or in other cases stipulated in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, primarily applicable legislation, and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, limited to the purposes of their activities.
Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Your personal data may be transferred by BIFORM FURNITURE MATERIALS only to persons and organizations residing in foreign countries with sufficient protection, as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"), with your explicit consent in accordance with the regulation stipulated in Article 4/2 of the KVKK, or without your explicit consent in the cases stipulated in Article 5/2 and Article 6/3, and in accordance with the rules stipulated in Article 8 of the KVKK, after the foreign countries with sufficient protection are declared by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board"). For countries where insufficient protection is determined and declared, it may be transferred only to persons and organizations residing in these countries, provided that the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country undertake in writing to provide adequate protection and the Board's permission is obtained.
Your Rights According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
Due to the nature of our commercial activities, it is crucial that the personal data we process and/or store is accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, if any changes occur to your personal data, please notify us as soon as possible.
On the other hand, as the owner of personal data, your rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law are as follows, subject to the situations stipulated in the “Exceptions” provision in Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

6. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
7. If your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, you may request correction and deletion or destruction of your personal data, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
8. To object if a result against you is revealed by the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
9. If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
In this context, when exercising your rights, you must submit your requests to BIFORM FURNITURE MATERIALS in writing or using the methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Law. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not yet determined another method, we require that your requests be submitted in writing at this stage.
